Should you be in the unfortunate position of having an emergency relating to your property during occupation we will be on call to assist. One of our team will visit as soon as possible and try to remedy the problem.

Charge per visit €40 up to 1hour.
(Should they be unable to solve the problem within one hour or need to call a specialist tradesman then additional costs will be estimated at the time for your approval)

N.B. The emergency service covers the property only and response time will vary according to priority and distance. Personal emergencies can be dealt with from the list of emergency services telephone numbers we leave at the property.

We offer scheduled inspections, frequency decided by you. This service is especially popular during the winter months when it is unlikely any body will be staying in the property.

The service consists of:
Visual inspection of external building and grounds to see that all windows, doors, gates & fences are secure and the fabric of the building is in a state of good repair (Excludes any roof areas not accessible without a ladder, this can be done at an additional cost).
Check cesspit level if applicable.
Inspection of interior to check fabric of building & furnishings are in a state of good repair.
Check all services (i.e. water, electrics, fuel) & appliances are working & in good order.
Send report of current status and any recommendations & costs for repairs (repairs or replacements i.e. light bulbs or up to value of €30 will be acted upon without authority)

Charges:
Up to 3 per annum €50 per inspection
From 4 to 6 per annum € 45 per inspection
7 or more per annum € 40 per inspection

Have your Electric, water & telephone bills sent to us and we will make sure they are paid on time. We will require an agreed sum of money lodged with us to cover the bills. If you are in our Scheduled Inspection Scheme then we can also arrange payment for emptying of your cesspit.
