To make your property the most effectively marketable for rent you need to have the know how. We will visit your property and give advice on standard of decor & furnishing, styling tips, level of accessories needed i.e. bedding, crockery, utensils etc. to achieve the best income. We will also advise on the best way to make letting's as painless as possible.

Charge: €40
This will be refunded should you let us act as servicing agents for your property for a minimum of one year.

We have found that the best way to promote your property is via Internet based booking sites, some charge an annual advertising fee some a percentage of the letting fee. They are very easy to operate and we will be happy to advise you on the ones we have experience with.

Alternatively you can promote your property with some North European specialty Travel Agents but they require a larger booking fee, again we can offer you advice.

Family, friends, work colleagues etc. are also a good source of promotion and you will be surprised how word of mouth from satisfied visitors becomes self-generating.

N.B. Bluebay does not act as a booking or travel agent and only offers advice but we are happy to lipase with any agent you use.

We will visit the property prior to occupation, turn on all services i.e. fridges, air con, heating etc. and check all is in place & functioning for the visit.

We can arrange for a Taxi, ready and waiting at the airport whatever the time of day

Car Hire

We can arrange car hire at the airport or the property at competitive rates for a fixed fee of €25

At the Property

If your arrival is going to be late or you just want to start your holiday more relaxed then we can provide a Holiday Starter Pack for your arrival.

The Pack Consists of:
1ltr fresh milk
1 tin coffee
1box tea bags
1kg.sugar
6x 1.5lt water
1 loaf of bread
1tub butter/spread
1 jar jam
Pack cereal selection
1 bottle red wine
1bottle white wine
6 pack beer
1ltr orange juice

Charge: ‘Holiday Starter Pack’ 35€
N.B. This service can only be provided if you have elected for our ‘Start Up’ service.

Need something special like champagne, flowers, on arrival or other special requirements then we will do our best to arrange.

No need to drag pushchairs, cots, baby bath or car seat with you on your journey when you can hire them from us for your stay.

We can also provide a pack of disposable nappies to save on your baggage. Let us know size and we will arrange the pack ready for your arrival

Maybe your guests want that extra bit of luxury for their stay, so we can offer full maid service.
Service consists of:
Daily visit to make beds, wash-up dishes and provide a light cleanup.

Charges:

• 1-2 bedroom property €40 per day
• 3 bedroom property €45 per day
• 4 bedroom property €50 per day
  

We endeavour to provide a complete service but should your guests need advice on anything during their holiday then they are welcome to contact us.

Should your guests be in the unfortunate position of having an emergency relating to your property during occupation we will be on call to assist. One of our team will visit as soon as possible and try to remedy the problem.

Cost per visit €40 up to 1hour.
(Should they be unable to solve the problem within one hour or need to call a specialist tradesman then additional costs will be incurred)
N.B. The emergency service covers the property only and response time will vary according to priority and distance. Personal emergencies can be dealt with from the list of emergency services telephone numbers we leave at the property.

Inventory Check
We will check your property before your guest leave to make sure the inventory is complete. Should there be any items missing or broken then we will deduct the cost from the guests damage deposit and replace them.

Full clean
Internal sweep & mop floors. Dust all surfaces. Clean bathrooms & kitchen. Clean cooker. Clean windows. N.B.: Cleaning will be to areas accessible without a ladder Cooker will be standard clean; exceptionally heavy soiling will incur extra charge.

Securing Property.
We will turn off all electrical equipment & water then secure the property.
