| To make your property the most effectively marketable for rent you need to have the ‘know how’. We will visit your property and give advice on standard of décor & furnishing, styling tips, level of accessories needed i.e. bedding, crockery, utensils etc. to achieve the best income. We will also advise on the best way to make lettings as painless as possible. | ||||||||
| Advertising your Property | ||||||||
We have found that the most cost effective way to promote your property is via the Internet. We use the worlds leading web based booking site that has over 40 million visitors a year. Alternatively you can promote your property with some speciality Travel Agents but they require booking fees of around 25%, again we can offer you advice. Family, friends, work colleagues etc. are also a good source of promotion and you will be surprised how word of mouth from satisfied visitors becomes self-generating. The Greek tourist board requires you to have a letting licence. This is the responsibility of the property owner. Should you wish to obtain this licence we can assist you. N.B. | Preparation of property prior to occupation | ||||||||
Start up. Visit the property prior to occupation, turn on all services i.e. fridges, aircon, heating etc. and check all is in place & functioning for the visit. Charge: By the hour as necessary Start up + Fresh up clean. Start up and light cleaning & dusting to freshen up after a period of close down. Sweep terraces & balconies. Charge: By the hour as necessary Start up + Full cleanInternal sweep / vacuum & mop floors. Dust all surfaces. Clean bathrooms & kitchen. Light clean cooker. Clean windows. | Arranging transportation for Guests | ||||||||
| Taxi We can arrange for a Taxi, ready and waiting at the airport whatever the time of day. Car Hire We can arrange car hire at the airport or the property at competitive rates for a fixed fee. |

| Meeting & Greeting | ||||||||
| We meet & greet your guests providing them with keys, information and a warm welcome. We liaise with the guests for a meeting any time night or day. | ||||||||
| Holiday Starter Packs | ||||||||
| If arrivals are going to be late or they just want to start their holiday more relaxed then we can provide a Holiday Starter Pack of essential food and drinks to get them over there initial arrival. This is either paid for by the guest or can be included into the rental package. | ||||||||
| Special Requests | ||||||||
| Something special like champagne, flowers, on arrival or other special requirements then we will do our best to arrange. | ||||||||
| Baby/Child Accessories | ||||||||
| We provide guests with pushchairs, cots, baby baths, high chairs at very low rental prices. We can also provide disposable nappies of required size to save on baggage. |

Maybe your guests want that extra bit of luxury for their stay, so we can offer full maid service Charge: By the hour as requested. Minimum 2 hours per visit. |

We will check your property after your guests leave to make sure the inventory is complete. Should there be any items missing or broken then we inform you and replace them if required. Charge: To be agreed after initial survey Full cleanInternal sweep / vacuum & mop floors. Dust all surfaces. Vacuum/wipe-out cupboards & wardrobes. Check equipment is clean. Clean bathrooms & kitchen. Light clean cooker. Spot clean windows. Sweep & wash terraces & balconies. Charge: To be agreed after initial survey. N.B. Cleaning will be to areas accessible without a ladder. Additional washing up will incur an extra charge. Cooker will be standard clean; exceptionally heavy soiling will incur an extra charge. Gardens are not included. Securing Property. We will check all services are closed and secure the property. Charge: Included in Inventory price. |

| Our complete service includes: Remove sheets/quilt covers & pillowcases. Wash & iron sheets/quilt covers & pillowcases. Remake beds. Wash & replace towels & tea towels. We can also arrange cleaning of outside furniture cushions, sofa covers and rugs, Our laundry is undertaken by a first class professional laundry company who service 5 star hotels in the region. |

| Emergency Help | ||||||||
Should your guests be in the unfortunate position of having an emergency relating to your property we will be on call to assist 24 hours a day 7 days a week. One of our team will visit as soon as possible and try to remedy the problem immediately or arrange specialist help as soon as possible. N.B. The emergency service covers the property only not personal ones and response time will vary according to priority and distance. |
