Although we specialise in designing renovation projects we also provide concept designs for new builds to help in your planning & budgeting before committing to expensive architect, structural engineers and planning costs.

The process starts with surveying the site, discussing the options available to you, then producing scaled plans and realistic costings for you to make an informed decision to proceed.
We can then liaise with architects, structural engineers and planning authorities to gain building consent.

After this we can produce accurate building specification, which can be used when obtaining tenders from builders to save any costly misunderstandings.

We offer an additional service of supervising the construction process by quantifying progress to ensure the project is being built to specification, quality, price & time.
